Job Description

Location: Gurgaon

Eperence: 10+ Year

1. Manage the finance function in the organization

2. Provide inputs to the President/CEO on the strategic vision for the company

3. Converting growth plans into financial plans, ensuring the proper controls are in place and managing cash flow and profitability

4. Developing and maintaining a Management Information System with relevant KPIs

5. Providing timely feedback to senior management on the performance of the company

6. Fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships like Banks, Clients etc

7. Assist in the development and negotiation of contracts

8. Participate in developing new business, specifically:

      a.      Assist the CEO and COO in identifying new opportunities

      b.      Drafting of prospective project budgets, and

9. Support the business in achieving its objectives by providing complete financial management and planning services in accordance with statutory requirements, corporate policies and procedures and by providing recommendations to the board on cash management, borrowings and other matters

10. Ensure adequate mobilization of funds, loan syndication and representing the company in bank meetings / investor meeting

11. Ensure Interpretation, implementation of tax and statutory compliances

12. Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available

13. Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including but not limited to Month end close, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow etc.

14. Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants

15. Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs

16. Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the staff

17. Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets, including assets purchased with government funds (computers, etc.) assuring all are in accordance with federal regulations.

18. Candidates from emerging organizations is preferred.

Skills Required:

1.Business accounting in accordance with Indian GAAP, Companies Act, other regulations and compliance requirements

2. General office software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite and use of databases
